Nicole D. Grunfeld is the senior associate at Katz Melinger PLLC, where she focuses her practice on employment and labor law. Since 2005, she has represented clients in the NYC metropolitan area in all manner of employment cases, including claims for sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and violations of state and federal wage and hour laws. Along with her employment litigation practice, Ms. Grunfeld also handles commercial contract disputes in federal and state courts and real estate transactions such as residential sales and purchases and commercial leases.

Ms. Grunfeld is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association/New York, where she sits on the Judicial Nomination Taskforce.

At Yale University, Ms. Grunfeld earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature before earning her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law. While in law school, she was the articles selection editor for the N.Y.U Review of Law & Social Change, and was awarded the Vanderbilt Medal for Outstanding Contributions to the School of Law.
