Katherine joined Katz Melinger in 2017 following her graduation from Georgetown University Law Center, and is awaiting admission to the New York and New Jersey State Bars. Katherine focuses her practice on all aspects of employment law and commercial litigation, and she regularly works on cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. She has experience with federal and state labor and employment statutes, including, Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and various state and local discrimination and wage and hour laws.  Katherine is fluent in Spanish and frequently works with the Firm's Spanish-speaking clients.
